Mother’s Day Thank You To All Mom’s

via Digital Conversion LabsAs a Founder and leader of a growing team Digital Conversion Labs, today is a day where vulnerability is something I take to heart and personally resonate with more than any other day throughout the year. In the daily grind of life and business, it’s easy to get pre-occupied in the hustle, the vision and the future all while forgetting the present. So today as you’re reading this, remember that whether you have a great relationship with your mom or you’ve been broken by past hurts, I encourage you to lead and put your own ego aside because today is a great example of a lesson that we can use throughout every other day of the year. And that lesson is this… “The essence of a life that matters is one that’s not just centered around you. But it’s one that’s centered around putting others first.” I hope that you embrace the fact that as a leader, an entrepreneur and a founder, you are going to have to consistently work to embrace vulnerability in all aspects of life if you want to reach your leadership potential. See today is not a day about business, our clients or the vision of where we’re heading here at the Digital Conversion Labs. Today for me, is about humility and recognizing that while I don’t have the best relationship with my own mom, to move forward and progress in my potential I need to embrace vulnerability of openness, appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness. Mother’s Day, while extremely special is just one of many day’s that we should be celebrating the gift that is our mom’s. That being said, I want to express my appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness for my mother Joy and all the other mom’s out there in the world because you deserve this day. My hope is that you already have or you will immediately after share with your mom and other mom’s you know how much you appreciate and love them because they are the real leaders that we should be looking up to for guidance and wisdom in many aspects of our lives.
