Sales Manager @ Teamgate Teamgate is a fast-growing SaaS startup (17 people / customers from 30+ countries / leads coming from 100+ countries) that offers a cloud based intelligent Sales Stack platform (CRM) for mid-size and large teams with power to explode sales. Headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, Teamgate has an additional office in London, United Kingdom. The company was founded in 2012 and now we are gearing up for another expansion. Since all work and no play make a dull office, we’re also rigorously committed to infusing our days with surprises, brain-stimulating activities, tasty treats, and, when appropriate, other kind of fun activities. As a team member at Teamgate you can look forward to company outings, various celebrations, and good times of all kinds. Currently we are looking for a motivated and results-orientated Sales Manager to be part of our sales in (i) Lithuania (position #1), also (ii) expansion project with the focus on exploring new markets in Europe, United States and Canada (position #2). Of course, you will get to join our team of experts and will be able to ask even the toughest of questions. We are offering an exciting full-time employee position in an energetic and expanding team. The work place would be in our Vilnius office, where the majority of our team is based. We would prefer a person, who is interested in a long-term partnership. Nevertheless you’ll be the one who’s responsible for your daily routine, we have this overall estimation of your time: Qualify inbound leads who are looking for software for CRM, project management and/or invoicing and look for solutions to their (implicit) problems Schedule meetings with qualified leads Convincingly present our CRM tool in virtual demonstrations to qualified leads and refuse any objections they might have Look for valuable testusers in (i) Lithuania (position #1) or (ii) United Kingdom / United States / Canada (position #2), and act as their contact person Thoroughly analyze (i) the Lithuanian (position #1) or (ii) United Kingdom / United States / Canada (position #2) market potential Assist with a variety of tasks — because we’re always helping each other! Minimal requirements: You are fluent in English You have at least 2 years experience in B2B sales (preferably in an SaaS context) You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you’re always thinking commercially You are a gifted speaker, a social person, and everyone around can feel your enthusiasm and good vibes You have a feeling for all things digital and firmly believe in the future of cloud-based applications and services You enjoy phone calls and are enthusiastic about trying to understand the needs and wants of potential customers You get satisfaction out of helping your leads and closing deals Would be great if you: Channel specific knowledge in SaaS business Past experience in working with CRM systems Past experience working in an international team Benefits you’ll have: Teamgate will help you to grow as a professional in an area you’re working at Work/collaborate directly with the founders of Teamgate Fun and welcoming stress-free office environment including playing Xbox / Foosball / free coffee / watching TV Shows together Team trips and workshops out of the office Competitive salary based on experience Does this job sound like a fit for you?
